I love the idea of 'finish it well'. It's kind of like if you start smiling you usually end up feeling better, but that's something you do at the start.

So, start with a smile and finish it well.

The rest in the middle can be a hot mess, but you did the work, and, 'eventually' (also loved how you explained 'eventually'), it'll all start to come together.

Hi Sophie thank you for sharing this - it means a lot to hear! I love this, it's so true we often think about how we start something, but not as much how we finish. Love that insight. Thanks for listening & being here!

Keeley I could have listened to you talking about ballet and 'eventually' and the emotional rollercoaster learning this unbelievably difficult and demanding and heartbreaking art takes you up and down... gorgeous listening! Thank you đŸ’›x

This is just brilliant (you always are đŸ’›). I love each of these, such amazing lessons and shared so wonderfully - they're all my favourite! But especially, 'down to go up, resist to flow, mess to create order'. Much love xx

Thank you so much Emily! That's a good one isn't it. I'm so fascinated by the fact that opposites work and are at play here and in so much of creativity. Kinda crazy. xx đŸ’›
